Development tools

I've already asked about map editing, but what development (mod-making, 
modelling, etc) tools will be released for Linux?

If none are, here is a thought that might persuade Epic to bother releasing 
these tools.

Linux users are typically very tech-savvy and a significantly larger portion 
of Linux users are developers of various types. While the community is small 
they have the ability to create marvellous mods, models and maps. So by 
porting the tools they will dramatically increase the amount of maps, mods 
and models made.
