Well there's one big problem, SSH isn't realy easy to implement into
UT2003. Telnet isn't less secure then the WebAdmin UT2003 provides, what
you can do is tunnel the Telnet Admin through SSH.
Ah, todo point, need to add the 3 second delay on incorrect login.
