[ut2003io] Installer doesnt like my cd

Not a ut2003 bug, but it _might_ be a loki_setup issue...if not a bug, 
then something we SHOULD be able to workaround.

(Likely, it is looking for mounted "iso9660" filesystems, but 
supermounted cdroms show up with a different filesystem name. I haven't 
looked at the installer code, but I'd almost bet money on that.)
