what upgrade?

I have a dual P3 867 machine with 1 gig of ram and 64 meg GF3 ti-200

Here is what I get with the flyby-asbestos.sh at 1200X768:

No OS
GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 868 MHz
GeForce3/AGP/SSE

Score = 79.072098

My question is, with this machine, would I get a better score with a GF4 (and 
which one would everyone recommend) or a faster CPU ( I can get 1.4 SMP cpu).
