It's the ports that you want to send to and receive data from that are 
important here.  Not the ports that are being used locally.  Unless you 
restrict that range that UT2003 can have assigned to it then there is no 
guarantee, in fact it's unlikely, it will be in the space you have defined.

What firewall are you using?  It might give a better idea of what is 
needed to set it up appropriately.
