Hello.

I downloaded it from the CVS to a brand new directory (I mean I didn't
update from 0.4.4, just started a new branch).
Hovewer, I have new problems. First of all, I don't have a configure
script. I found an autogen.sh script.

First, I ran it and got the errors below.

aclocal: configure.in: 212: macro `AM_PATH_GTK' not found in library
configure.in:50: no proper implementation of AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE was found,
configure.in:50: probably because aclocal.m4 is missing...
configure.in:50: You should run aclocal to create this file, then
configure.in:50: run automake again.

Now you are ready to run ./configure

Then I ran configure and get more errors

What are the reguirements do I need if I want a fully functional SMPEG ???

I got a LFS 4.0 distro and some additional packages (XFree86 running DRI,
no desktop manager: neither KDE nor GNOME)

Thanks in advance,
Santiago

0.4.4 is out of date. Loki was up to 0.4.5 as their latest release, and
we've got fixes over that in CVS since we took over the project.
