[sdlsound] SMPEG

Whoops, sorry again. I think the Vorbis problem you
described was addressed in a patch that I submitted to
SDL_sound about a month ago. It's currently in the
CVS. It will now make SDL_sound return a full buffer
like with the other codecs (barring nasty corner
cases).
