SDL_sound-1.0.0 for win32/msvc

Just noted that the msvc-version of SDL_sound seems to be still
at 0.1.4.

Was anyone able to successfully compile and create the dll/lib/exes
of SDL-sound-1.0.0 for win32?

I Tried it, but it didnt work for me. dll created successfully, but I cannot
hear any sound when playing ogg-files.
And I am not able to create playsound.exe - linker error (can provide more
info).

Can anyone offer the win32-files?
