[sdlsound] Timidity in Windows

I figured it out...Stupid me. I forgot that I never
installed Timidity with the current version of Windows
that I'm running. I guess SDL_sound was silently
failing on the loading of the timidity.cfg file and
just ignored it as a possible driver.
