This is the patch I was talking about in my last email. Does it fix the
remaining TiMidity leaks?

Since I'm not on the physfs mailing list, I'll just report this here
instead, since SDL_sound uses physfs if available.

When I tried to compile a recent (August 10) physfs CVS snapshot, I got
the following compiler error:
