About win32

[Murlock]

Hi,

I've get the package for Visual C and overwrote src
with those from CVS

I've managed to build the static lib and the playsound static example
(haven't tried with DLL)

I've tried ogg and it's ok ;)

The output of build is attached.
I haven't changes anything (#def... so I thinks somes warnigs are due to that)
