[sdlsound] Timidity under WinCE

Update:  Managed to get Timidity and Modplug both working.  Timidity has
some annoying problems, tho.

The music sometimes cracks and pops, and this seems to be totally
unrelated to sound buffer underruns;  I tried downsampling to 8Khz, and
it crackles just as badly.  I'm not sure, but I think the crackles are
constant in song position as well.  Perhaps sample-length problems?
