Tagging I/F (Re: [referencer] problem with tagging)

Hi,

I'm a new user of referencer. Thanks for developing it :-)

Is there any reason for the UI change? I think it'd be good if I can 
check what (other than current) tags are assigned for each document 
easily. As I usually update them time to time, old UI seems to be nice 
for me.
