Bot Skill

I know this really isn't the forum, but I've searched every server config guide
I can find :-\

I've loaded my server with bots in the config file, but I cannot find anywhere
how to set their skill. It's obviously defaulting to 'totally lame', because
even I'm whipping their butts :-)

Anyone know if it's possible to set the bot skill higher in the server.cfg?
