[physfs] Warnings/errors with GCC-4.6

Dear physfs team,

I'm the maintainer of the mingw-cross-env project [1] where
we provide win32 builds of various libraries, including physfs.
We recently switched to GCC-4.6.

GCC-4.6 introduces some new warnings, which lead to build
errors in physfs since you use -Werror.

The attached patch fixes those issues. It works for the
latest release 2.0.2 as well as the current stable-2.0
branch.

However, it does not work for the development branch as is
seems to have a completely different directory structure.
