[physfs] Last call for 2.0.1 ...

I'm likely to release PhysicsFS 2.0.1 tonight or tomorrow, so if there 
are any outstanding patches that haven't made it into my Mercurial 
repository, please speak up now. If you have something you're working on 
and need a little more time, please let me know that, too.

This does not apply to the default branch (2.1), so the error code stuff 
doesn't need to be resolved tonight. 2.0.1 is just meant to be small 
fixes over 2.0.0.
