Did you try the original patch or lzma457sdk.2.patch from 22.12.2007?

- Replace physfs/lzma/ with lzma457/C/
- Move docs from lzma457/ to physfs/lzma/doc/
- Move lzma457/lzma.txt to physfs/lzma/LZMA-LICENSE.txt, add your header and 
rip off the non-license part.

That should be all that is required...
(Plus the CMakeList2.txt changes, which can be found at the start of 
lzma457sdk.2.patch.)
