[physfs] bug with group (or world) writable permissions

The zip archiver is very buggy in 0.1.7 ("Out of memory" is a common error
from it)...I had just rewritten it to jettison an external dependency, and
we were still shaking out the bugs.

Use the latest from CVS or wait until I release 0.1.8 (which will
hopefully be tonight). The CVS version handles the archive you posted.
