[openbox] openbox & jgmenu

Instead of adding a custom static menu to an automatically generated
(jg)menu, I would do the other way around: put the dynamically generated
menu besides the custom static one into openbox's menu.xml based main
menu.

The first was done by openbox's debian maintainer for me (thanks at
this place), so whatever program generates it doesn't matter to me.
The latter is .xml-file editing, not worth mentioning, right?
 
Has this changed in debian?
