Log message:

added ambientintensity, diffuseintensity, and specularintensity properties to materials
optimized permutation handling slightly so that specularintensity 0 forces off specular permutation
fixed a crash in R_CompileGLSL if there were NULL strings in the string lists (found this because it was failing to load the shaders - also fixed)
