It uses Havok for physics, yes, but that's just middleware, not an
engine.

There's a _lot_ of third-party libs and middleware in this that is new
to the Medal of Honor series.

This isn't really a new thing. MOHAA was built on the game Heavy Metal:
FAKK2, which was built on Quake 3 Arena. FAKK2 added some C++ framework
and a scripting language (TikiScript, which was writen for SiN
originally) to Quake 3, plus Miles Sound System instead of Quake's
godawful audio code, and 2015 started building on top of that for the
original MOHAA. So there's a long history of inbreeding here. :)

The addition of more middleware to MOHPA is only notable in that there
really wasn't any added to either Spearhead or Breakthrough, whereas
MOHPA is barely recognizable for all the stuff bolted onto it.
