[mohaa] Pak files corrupt

Don't know if i'd trust that slow server thing.  I set my connection speed
in MOHAA to Lan speed.  So of course on any external server i constantly
have a slow server haha.  What's ur ping look like?  With being on a LAN it
should be next to none.
