AW: AW: [mohaa] Server Requirements, Questions & Traffic

Glad to hear this. At the moment we rent a 20 slot server @ a gameserver
hosting company and this will cost € 99,00 = $113,00. And we only got
the gameserver and a 20 slot voiceserver without the option to change
the game running on the server. The root server we are looking for costs
€ 95,00 = $108,00 and i think we got a bit more possibilities with it,
running the game we want for example. And our actual server is not
always full with 20 players. There are some days when about 100 players
on the server and some days were only 20-30 players joined it so the
traffic included should be enough i hope. But there is still another
question. Is it possible to run mohaa, sh and ts on one machine @ the
same time because there is just one network card ? for example:

- 12 slots mohaa
- 12 slots sh
- 30 slots voiceserver

can this hardware handle this ?

- Athlon XP2000+
- 512MB DDR Ram
- 80GB HD
- 1x 100MBit Network Card
- 4,3 GBit Internet Connection

Regards,
Michael

I see, yea, 200 GB sounds alittle better :). However, with a 20 man moh
or
sh server, you may be cutting it close. But then again, it also depends
on
how busy you expect the 20 man to be. You can see how this goes for a
month
or a week to get an estimate of how much u really need. Then after
you've
estimated approx how much bw you need, you can always make certain days
private?

BTW: how much are you paying for this setup?

Thanks,
Anthony
