server doesn't start

Hello,

I downloaded and installed the MoHAAs-server yesterday, (MoHAA and 
Spearhead installed (with update 2.11).

When i try to start the server i get this:

ASSERT: [qcommon/common.c:413] Couldn't load default.cfg (fyi)
Error: Couldn't load default.cfg

It doesn't matter if i am root or mortal user, also trying
  "cd /usr/local/games/spearheadserver;./spearhead_lnxded" doesn't work, 
makes the same output.
