[mohaa] Server Requirements

I presently have a 768k (half a T1 rate) upstream and 200k downstream on
my cable modem. My Linux server is a RedHAt 9 with P4 2.5Ghz and 1G RAM. I
have noticed two things from my previous server (800Mhz PIII w/1G RAM).

1.- The context switches are ALWAYS inder 400. With the P3 the were well
over 3K most of the times while the MOHAA server had over 6 players.

2.- With 10 players there is no lagg. I have set the max players at 16, but
so far I had a max of 9-11 players with ALL weapons enable.

3.- My bandwith settings are 5k sv_minrate and 10k sv_maxrate.

4.- I have never gone past 40k bytes per second (upstream) EVEN with 11
players.

One thing that DOES help is shockwaves Autokick. This thigs keeps pingers
> 225 out of the box. I also have blocked all of the AOL dialup
(ipt.aol.com) with IPtables -- I use MonMotha script.

question for Ryan:

Why does MOHAA pumps more thru the upstream than down stream ? It seems
like for every byte it receives it send two. If this the way it is or is
it a 'bug' ?
