[manticore] Manticore Status

I don't think there is such a thing as a standardized video card, the
driver layer is the only thing that has any standards (DirectX, VGA,
OpenGL, etc). Since manticore is intended to be hardware, I'm not
sure how it could fit in. Mesa has a full software implimentation of
OpenGL.
The code I'm writing is intended for an ARM processor, so while it may
be scalable it is not intended to be a feature rich renderer. To be
honest I think manticore should be rewritten from scratch after a
solid software design is created, but I don't plan on doing this
myself in the near future.
The C++ code is available in CVS, but I am changing it often.
