Have you been following/contributing to the discussions on OC?  I haven't 
really, save for that first post a while ago.  I don't see any harm in 
starting the project there.  We might as well bring it over but maybe 
mention that we still have a lot of cleaning up to do.  (Probably be good to 
say that we're students so that when people see some of the kludge in 
vga_fifo_ctrl they understand...)
