Unicode on Mac OS X...

FYI:

The Mac port of loki_setup now fully supports Unicode, thanks to this 
game needing a Japanese installer:

All the text files (readme, eula, setup.xml, etc) need to be utf-8 
encoded for the magic to work. Otherwise, it's pretty much business as 
usual.

Thanks to Procedural Arts for shipping a title ("Façade") with a 
non-ASCII character in its name, which let me flush out most of the 
bugs, and Gunnar Games for needing real multibyte characters for the 
rest of the work.
