[lokisetup] CVS issue

We're still in CVS. I converted it to Subversion, but no one moved over.
Sometime soon we're going to convert it again and delete the CVS
repository, though, once I get everyone on the same page for that.
The login password for CVS is "anonymous" ... this is a historical
relic for CVS clients that couldn't handle empty passwords. If you had
just hit enter, that's why you got that error.

No kidding. We _still_ have people going to the lokigames page.
Can we ask baffle about adding a note to the lokigames.com page saying
that it's there for historical reasons, please see icculus.org?
It would also be helpful if we put the term "Loki Setup" on the
icculus.org page, since Googling for that puts you at Loki's site, but
Googling for "loki_setup" tosses you to us.
The freshmeat entry points to us already, though.
