[lokisetup] CVS issue

No idea. I just followed the instrcutions from 
http://www.icculus.org/loki_setup/

What is very problematic with loki setup is that you have half-dozen 
address on the web each one giving different information:

http://freshmeat.net/projects/loki_setup/
http://www.icculus.org/loki_setup/
