[lokisetup] So, seriously: Subversion...

The only thing that prevented me from switching was the need to  
install Subversion on all my exotic build boxes over here. Let's just  
say that getting that thing to compile on something like SCO is not  
an easy task. ;) But I've been working on that.

Otherwise, I don't really have anything left to commit in CVS for the  
meantime, or any particular objections to switching to svn.
