[lokisetup] 2.0 branch

Well. My effort of starting a v2.0 several months ago is still online:
https://zerowing.idsoftware.com/svn/setup/
in particular, a different approach to doing user interaction and setup
tasks, from a more generic XML-base description:
https://zerowing.idsoftware.com/svn/setup/trunk/setups/demo/config/states.xml

Any UI engine can be plugged into it. My experiments only involved an
ncurses one ( and a very simple one in python ).

Since lokisetup is Stephane's brainchild I suppose his involvement in
writing 2.0 might be met with more interest than my attempt. Probably
also means that if this one fails, lokisetup can be considered dead and
burried.
