[lokisetup] GtkRadiant 1.3 loki_setup patch

I don't know. From what I remember when we tried to use components, it was
not working out the way we would have liked to, and it turned out to be
easier to change things to work with subcomponents for us. I sent this
patch as an FYI if someone needs that kind of functionality. I am not
claiming that's the way to go, or that this patch should be included as is
in the tree.
