FYI, I just committed changes on i.o CVS that allow the configure script
to recognize --disable-dialog (--enable by default), to disable the
dialog UI from building (leaving only the console UI).

I also fixed the configure script to look both for 'loki_setupdb' and
'setupdb' directories, as this was the single biggest difference with my
own tree ;-)
