loki_utils cvs:

  cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.icculus.org:/cvs/cvsroot login
   (password is "anonymous", without the quotes)
  cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.icculus.org:/cvs/cvsroot co loki_utils

Note that loki_utils does it more or less the same way as PhysicsFS, and
has the same LGPL licensing restrictions.
