[Gtkradiant] Updated GtkRadiant 1.6.3 builds

That guide is probably rather inaccurate. Our website is at
http://icculus.org/gtkradiant

Compiling Radiant is recommended for developers. If you are looking to use
GtkRadiant, you should grab one of the installers we provide.
