[Gtkradiant] About the windows crash (was: Re: HOW-TO compile GtkRadiant on Windows)

Yep I can reproduce and it doesn't make much sense. intl.dll intercepts the
fprintf call, and the crash is somewhere below in msvcrt.dll. The only vague
suspicion I have is those new gtk binary pieces that are in the mix are
causing some incompatibilities. If some of that stuff was not compiled with
'use Multithreaded DLL' / 'use Multithreaded Debug DLL' that could spell
trouble.

That's a long shot though, and rebuilding the binary dependencies 'clean' is
quite a bit of work, which has no guarantees to fix the problem.
