When you zoom using the mouse wheel, it would be nice if the zoomed view centered on where the mouse location is. Otherwise you have to zoom and then right-click-drag to recenter around that point.

Cause of Error:
Simply zoom in (using the mouse wheel) on one of the XY, YZ, or XZ views, and the view zooms but remains centered on its original center point. I think that it should instead zoom and then center on the point your mouse is hovering over when you perform the wheel-zoom.
