In 1.4 builds, 16 bit desktops seem to cause gtkradiant on some systems to use
software rendering.
GL_VENDOR: Microsoft Corporation
GL_RENDERER: GDI Generic
GL_VERSION: 1.1.0
This was reproduced on 2 different nvidia systems. Mine is GF3Ti200, 43.45
drivers (yes those drivers aren't the latest. The latest ones cause trouble with
punkbuster :/).  Note that nvidia in general does support hardware acceleration
in 16 bit mode, RTCW, ET, Q3 all do the right thing on this system.
