This is the #2 report I get about that, so it's likely to be an actual bug

Problem:
there is a bug with the camera speed. both the directional and angular velocity
aren't saved properly. when saving to radiant.ini, radiant writes too low
values. e.g. i can't save higher values then 7 to anglespeed although the bar is
at the higest point. so the camera movement is much too slow. i now edited the
ini file manually (anglespeed=100) and it works very fine
