[freespace2] New FS1 patch soon

Well that was almost pointless.  The main idea was to include something
like this:

I would like to get one or two more people to help test before this
patch comes out.  If there are any volunteers please send me an e-mail
privately and I'll send you a link for the new patch and fs1.vp.  I've
tested it pretty well but I'd like to get this one as solid as possible.
