[cod] windows dedicated server for cod5waw

Where can i DL the latest server update 1.7 for cod5 waw for windows.
thought I would give this a try and see if i could get it going.
I did a clean install of the game. Then copied the files to the server. 
Next step is to get it updated to 1.7
Do I need to go all the way through every patch that they came out with up ro 1.7 or is there a file for the dedicated server cod5 waw 1.7 for windows OS.
