[cod] CoD modern warfare 2 - linux binaries...

I wouldnt be surprised if there will be no Linux files for MW2.  By the way
it all looks they have a ton of work to do on the windows version never the
less of the Linux version.  I do not see MW2 starting off on a good foot
since all their effort has been expended on the console side.

As Joker said better get those windows boxes ready and running.  It could be
a very long time for Linux.
