[cod] Hidden Directory business

Hi,

those fs_xxxxpath commands will do the job. Just put them into the *start-up
line* and check that they are correct and respond to your directories:  +set
fs_basepath /home/user/cod5/ +set fs_homepath /home/user/cod5/test/ +set
fs_savepath /home/cod/cod5/test/ for example...
