[cod] Serious bug: No die handler for player entity type 15

Hum, noone cares, no comments - this is what WE DO:

All players that are invulnerable will automatically be permbanned on 
our Top10-ranked Server. I've written a script to detect it.

Regardless if they are cheating or the game has bugs. Its to treyarch to 
fix it. Beside the other 100 glitches that are not fixed.
