[cod] Call of Duty 2 1.0 server

I have found the orriginal cod2_lnxded version 1.0 (not 1.0b or 1.0a, the
orriginal official release)

I have uploaded it to my server below:

I have also edited the binary to implement the private server, although I am
not good at that thing so I don't think that the private binary will work,
but you can give it a try.  It is at the site below:

README.txt has details of what all that mess is.
