54 Players on linux

Hello, when i try to run a server with 50+ players the console get spammed with WARNING: Reliable command is too long and will be truncated and it will eventually crash, apparently often when the timer counting down to the next map reaches zero.

I've been in touch with one running a 54 player server on windows without problems so im wondering if this might be some kind of linux issue.
