[cod] Server behind NAT

On your server are you having it grab its IP from a DHCP or is it a static ip?
 
What are you running for a dhcp/NAT/Firewall?
 
When vewing the server in the master server browser list does server info show the WAN IP?
 
You might have to tell folks to add it to their FAV list when viewing the master list if the master lists shows it correctly.
