[cod] Rank issue

Ok I'm sure now that there's no z_modwarfare.iwd file on my server it's deleted at server start (makemod.bat) , I tryed renaming the file from my own COD4 client (found it in ...\mods\modwarfare\ ). Game still works but still not getting XP pôints 
 
What is curious is that players score points at every match but it's not added to profile.
 
The problem is still there nobody gets rank.
