[cod] Modded gametype issue.

Hi Craig,

Thanks for the reply.  I run two configs because i run several mods on
this one server.  I have another start script for AWE (and add others
pretty easily).  This way there's no changes to the main server.cfg
file to call the other scripts.  Perhaps there's a better way to do
it, but this works for me and makes it easy on the complete noobs in
my clan that click buttons to switch the mods through a web panel :-)

Anyway, on a whim i tried "+map_rotate +map_rotate" on the command
line and it works!  It skips the first map entirely of course, but
properly loads the mod after that.

I guess this points at it being a mod bug though, i'll drop an email
to the developer.
